How we find your perfect match
Search architectures, teams, and problems are wildly different. We’ve deconstructed the complexity and re-fashioned it into a quick and effective assessment. The results of the assessment are split into two general categories, component-based and role-based.
First, create your profile and take our assessment
Answer a series of questions about your current or previous role. You’ll indicate whether you were responsible directly, indirectly, or not at all for various Search and AI functions. It shouldn’t take more than 5-7 minutes.
(Note: You will need a Linkedin profile, we use this to verify you’re a real person and are representing yourself accurately)

Get your results in our introductory call
We’ll discuss your results and have a deeper conversation about your goals beyond just the technical side. You want to be solving problems you’re capable and excited to solve—while working with a team you enjoy. We want the same thing.

Get introduced to roles that align to you
Organizations also go through an assessment process to help them clearly define their roles. When we find a great match we’ll let you know about the opportunity and make the introduction.
