Can TSB work with our internal recruting teams?

Yes, generally happy to follow your process. If we are not able to directly discuss requirements and feedback with the hiring manager, then TSB is not a good fit. We see this partnership with the hiring team as vital to a lasting match.

How does the pricing model work?

Contract labor is time and materials. Direct hire placements are a percentage of the first year's salary. We do not do fix-bid pricing for project work.

Do you have a placement guarantee?

Yes, direct hire placements have a 30 day refund, and a 90 replacement guarantee. More info in the MSA.

Can my company use TSB’s assessment tool to evaluate our internal applicants?

Yes, our proprietary assessment and software is available for HR/TA teams to use with their applicants. Please contact us for more information.
